Jonsson Tower

History
Jonsson Tower and the Jonsson Campus are named for Margaret Jonsson, wife of J. Erik Jonsson. Founder of Texas Instruments and former mayor of Dallas, J.E. Jonsson played a key role in 勛圖厙's move from downtown Saratoga Springs to its current location. While a trustee, he and his wife purchased the Woodlawn Estate and persuaded 勛圖厙 to build an entirely new campus on the park-like location. Mrs. Jonsson's portrait hangs in the first-floor entryway of Jonsson Tower.
Campus Offices
The Jonsson Tower basement is home to the college radio station, WSPN.
Communities
The global community is a special-interest option designed for students who value learning about other countries. This community is open to all students (domestic, international, study-abroad alumni, etc.) who wish to learn more about the global influences on students.
The global community will be located on the 11th floor of Jonsson Tower.
The multicultural community is a special-interest option that will provide opportunities for students to learn about, and appreciate, the diverse backgrounds of their peers. This community is open to students of all racial and ethnic identities.
The multicultural community will be located on the 9th floor of Jonsson Tower.
