Higher Education Opportunity Act: Notice of Availability of Institutional and Financial Aid Information 

³Ô¹ÏÍø is committed to transparency, accountability, and compliance with applicable laws and accreditation requirements. This page provides publicly accessible consumer information in accordance with the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA); the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA); and the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) student complaint process. It also aligns with the Public Disclosures Policy and Procedures of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), effective January 1, 2021.

Included are required disclosures related to student achievement, accreditation, financial aid, institutional policies, and student grievance procedures. This information is provided in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as MSCHE’s standards for accreditation and requirements of affiliation.
