This page provides publicly accessible consumer information in accordance with the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA); the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA); and the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) student complaint process. It also aligns with the Public Disclosures Policy and Procedures of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), effective January 1, 2021.
