SCOOP Adventure Challenge
Do you feel like you are not quite ready to pitch a tent under the stars or carry a fully-loaded backpack for miles but, want some adventure and nights under the stars around a fire?
For students who are uncomfortable with the idea of a complete outdoor camping experience, we suggest SCOOP's lodging component.
Camp Skye Farm provides lodging in traditional camp cabins (beds and bathrooms, no linens, warm sleeping bags and a pillow required)
Come join us for a Pre-Orientation that will get you outside doing ropes course challenges
at Adirondack Extreme, White Water Rafting on the Sacandaga River (mellower than the
Hudson) and chilling by the lake.
This will be a trip that will help facilitate new friendships, so enjoy every minute
of it. The days are packed with adventure, while the nights are for relaxing around
the campfires asking your peer leaders any questions you have about ³Ô¹ÏÍø
and college life in general, all while eating s'mores!
Please don't forget your required forms to attend SCOOP, found here on the SCOOP Homepage.
